Meta ads / streetwear & DTC

I run Meta ads
for small
clothing brands.

I'm taking on my first few clothing brands and running their Meta ads free for the first 30 days.

01 / The offer

The deal

One trade, stated plainly. Nothing hidden in a contract.

Management fee, first 30 days

0.00

I build the creative, set up the campaigns and manage the spend. You pay me nothing for the first month — the trial is the whole pitch.

Own the ad spend

You

Your budget goes straight to Meta from your own ad account. You keep full access at every step, so nothing is hidden behind me.

Keep the case study

Me

In return, I get to publish the numbers, the creative and the decisions as a case study. That's the trade: you get a month of ads, I get proof.

Weekly check-ins

Every week you get the numbers that matter and what I'm changing because of them.

Stop anytime

No notice period, no cancellation fee. If it isn't working, you say stop and it stops.

02 / The work

Work

No client logos, no screenshots of someone else's win. A test I paid for, two breakdowns, and spec creative I made to show the angle.

Test 01 / self-funded

Traffic → 0 sales

My first ad test

A $16 traffic test on a 4-card carousel of my own Depop items with no drop date and no reason to buy today. It bought me cheap attention and nothing else.

What I learned

Traffic is the cheapest thing Meta sells, and 3.03% CTR at $0.20 a click felt like it was working. It wasn't. An audience with no deadline and no offer looks and leaves. Run purchase campaigns, put one product and one date in the ad, and judge creative on cost per purchase — not cost per click.

Teardown / 130 ads

I went through 130 of Maison Monnaie's ads.

All inactive now, but their winners ran for months.

  • Short UGC-style videos, not studio shoots.
  • A simple hook: 'new in' or 'back in stock.'
  • Their best video ads ran 4+ months (May to October 2026).

Simple creative, one clear hook, and patience.

Launch structure

Section8's collection launch ads

Two formats did most of the work, and they keep coming back to them.

  • A product-grid collage of the whole RESET collection ran 7 weeks.
  • A fast-cut brand vibe video ran about 6 weeks.
  • They came back to the grid format for their Winter 2026 launch (18 pieces, live Nov 6).
  • Short all-caps copy, straight to the site, no discounts.

When a format works, they reuse it.

Spec ads

Creative, not client work

Cuts I built to demonstrate the angle I'd run for a small clothing brand. Every card below is labelled: spec ad, not client work.

04 / How it works

Three steps, then it's live

  1. 01

    You message me

Tell me the brand and what you're selling. Fill in the form below — name, IG handle, store link, next drop date and a line about it.

  2. 02

We look at your next drop

We pick one product, one date and one angle. I build the creative and the campaign structure around that, in your own ad account.

  3. 03

    Ads go live

Campaigns go live within a few days of that call. Weekly check-ins with the numbers, and you can stop at any point.
